Introduction
Netflix’s City Hunter, a popular comic series, is getting a live-action adaptation! Netflix has dropped the trailer for one of the most popular comics among people, ‘City Hunter.’ This movie focuses on Ryo Saeba trying to handle the modern issues that surround him and Shinjuku, Tokyo.
The trailer starts with a nice view of Tokyo City, and we will see our main character, Ryo Saeba (played by Ryohei Suzuki), with a gun. The scene jumps to where he is in the car with his friend, maybe, and Ryo tells him, “So it’s Plan B.” His friend says, “You never had a Plan A.” That explains why Ryo is a reckless guy who constantly gets into trouble because of his unplanned nature.
The trailer finally reveals the character Kaori (played by Misato Morita). Then we get to know about a drug named ‘Angel Dust’ which increases the strength of muscles and affects the brain too; it was used in warfare too. We also see some action scenes with a pinch of comedy from Ryo. Overall, this movie will focus on how Ryo and Kaori will unleash the truth behind this drug creator and how they will stop their spread.
